During the period from January 2016 to December 2021, 454 patients with CHD were admitted to the cardiovascular department of the hospital. Of these patients, 286 underwent coronary angiography (CAG) and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), while the remaining 168 patients constituted a control group, undergoing CAG solely for CHD diagnostic confirmation. Clinical data and laboratory indexes were meticulously obtained and recorded. Following PCI therapy, patients were categorized into three subgroups, differentiated by clinical symptoms and physical examination: chronic coronary syndrome (CCS), unstable angina pectoris (UAP), and acute myocardial infarction (AMI).
